Planning is the key success factor to have an efficient supply chain management.
One of the most important process to reach this success is the Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) which allows the entire company to define and execute a "single and aligned" strategy.

Workshop is about demand and supply planning on the end to end point view and why and how S&OP is a process. This workshop will be dedicated to full End to End (E2E) plan.
Workshop author Guillaume Akbaraly has been building and setting up Supply Chain department from scratch and he is recognized to optimize and reduce cost in small to large Supply Chain set up with a real passion for customer satisfaction and people development

This workshop is dedicated to full End to End (E2E) plan and its essential parts

The participants will follow through the full procedure

From forecasting and profitability of portfolio to new launch management

Within Supply, from capacity management and resources management to the stock management (and also part of supplier management, SLA etc.).

And they will align the S&OP with clear set of KPI and ways to implement it.
At the workshop the participants will

  2. understand different steps you should implement in order to fulfill the cycle of S&OP
  3. understand the methodology, the KPI and the stakeholders of each and every to have a successful S&OP.
  4. study Guillaume's personal experience and cases in the implementation of E2E processes.
